Nantahala Outdoor Center is a unique destination nestled in the mountains of western North Carolina. The center is about 20 minutes from Bryson City NC and is a great place to do some outdoor activites.

NOC offers white water rafting, zip lining, mountain biking, tubing, and kayaking. The center also has plenty of onsite amenities to enjoy during your stay, including comfortable cabins and a few dining options.

You can also walk down the road a little bit to a viewing platform and watch the whitewater rafters come through to the center if you're not looking to participate yourself.
