Keys View is a breathtaking viewpoint located in Joshua Tree National Park, offering visitors a panoramic vista that showcases the stunning natural beauty of the surrounding desert landscape. Perched atop the Little San Bernardino Mountains, this elevated vantage point provides an awe-inspiring vista of the Coachella Valley below, stretching out to encompass the Salton Sea and the San Andreas Fault. From this vantage point, visitors can marvel at the vastness of the desert, with its rugged rock formations, Joshua trees dotting the landscape, and the ever-changing hues of the sky during sunrise or sunset. Keys View serves as a serene sanctuary where one can appreciate the vastness and grandeur of nature while being captivated by the quiet serenity that blankets the desert landscape below.
What to do in one day in Joshua Tree! 📍Check out the visitor's center 📍Climb through Hall of Horrors 📍Stop by Skull Rock 📍Hike Arch Rock 📍Cholla Cactus Garden 📍Sunset is a MUST at Keys View What to bring? Bring water and snacks for yourself as there isn't food in the park. I recommend filling up with water before hand. I use my @stanley_brand water jugs to fill up with! Tips for visiting? -Get to Keys View for sunset early as the parking fills up fast! -I recommend buying a National Park annual pass as it will save you money if you plan to visit other NP within a year -Want to see the Milky Way? Arch Rock is the perfect spot to see it at night.
