I had an amazing time at Þórsmörk, the Valley of Thor! It's a nature reserve located in the southern Icelandic highlands and is known for its stunning scenery with contrasting vistas of glaciers, black deserts, and lush valleys. The area is a popular destination for hikers, with several trails that vary in difficulty and distance, including the popular Fimmvörðuháls and Laugavegur routes. The climate in Þórsmörk is warmer and wetter than other parts of Iceland, giving the vegetation a vibrant emerald hue. The valley is also often shrouded in mist, which adds to the mystical and breathtaking scenery. I would highly recommend this place!!
