Alberobello is an incredibly unique town in Puglia, Italy, home to trulli - the only form of dwellings of their kind in the world! The trulli, charming conical-roofed whitewashed structures, are clustered in pockets of the city, making it a picturesque destination perfect for sightseeing. Take a walking tour around Alberobello and explore its two neighbourhoods: Monti and Aia Piccola; discover the history of the trulli and acquire local souvenirs from the many gift shops lining the streets. On Thursdays, join the lively street market to get the real Italian experience. Don't forget to try the iconic Pasqualino sandwich, or take a cooking class to learn how to make other traditional meals. With endless photogenic spots from which to capture beautiful sunset shots, as well as gelato and wine to treat yourself with, Alberobello is a magical place to explore.
