Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto is a famous spot known for its stunning wooden terrace that offers awesome views of cherry blossoms / autumn foliage and the city. I recommend to arrive no later than 8:30am, preferably earlier. Don't miss the Jishu Shrine for matchmaking vibes and the Koyasu Pagoda for safe childbirth wishes. Plus, the Higashiyama District nearby is perfect for strolling around in Kimono. If you're there during cherry blossom season or autumn, stick around for some magical evening illuminations!
