Ubuya Ryokan Inn at Lake Kawaguchi is super high on my bucket list as its one of the best accommodations in the Fuji Lake Area. This ryokan is notoriously booked out, so you will want to set a timer for when rooms go online (3 months prior).

This one is an absolute splurge but provides you with very spacious rooms, private hot spring baths in the room and any service you can think of.
