Briksdalsbreen is an impressive glacier located in the municipality of Stryn in Vestland, Norway. It is part of the well-known Jostedalsbreen glacier and one of the most accessible side arm. In front of this glacier is a small glacial lake called Briksdalsbrevatnet. At this lake, you find hundreds of little, super clear pieces of ice. To get close to Briksdalsbreen, you have to walk for about 2,5km. Or you can take a small shuttle car, but they are not electrical. So, in our opinion this contributes to the disappearance of this impressive natural phenomenon and we advice you to go for the walk.
