The world-famous Slovenian chef Ana Roš has opened a bakery in the heart of Ljubljana - Pekarna Ana. The young duo of Nataša Đurić and Anže Kranjec, working at the cozy bakery, use quality ingredients mostly of Slovenian origin to create delicious treats such as traditional French croissants, cardamom rolls with rum-soaked prunes and lemon glaze, doughnuts with apple roll filling and others. With all the delightfully flavoursome pastries on offer, Pekarna Ana is sure to satisfy even the most demanding sweet tooth!
