Hidden gem Cascata Agua d'Alto, a stunning waterfall tucked away in the lush valley of Madeira. The hike to the waterfall starts from a parking lot with a breathtaking view and leads you up to the levada path. Although the trail is not well maintained and covered in grass and vines, the sight of the waterfall makes it all worth it. It's surprising that such a beautiful spot is not more popular with tourists. It only takes about 10 – 15 minutes to reach the waterfall.
