Soba is a Moldovan restaurant. It has excellent flavors from Eastern Europe that will warm you in the coldest of Fairbanks winter. The menu is full of familiar dishes like Borș and Pelmeni as well as adventurous options like Pește Prăjit (pan-fried Alaska Salmon breaded in corn flour, served with a side of polenta (Mămăligă)).
