Battery Point Trail is a chill 1.2-mile stroll through lush rainforest that leads to a rad rocky beach just south of town. It's a sweet spot to soak in the epic views of Kelgaya Bay and Battery Point while keeping an eye out for cool wildlife like whales, seals, and birds. The trail is pretty easy, but the whole journey from town and back is over five miles, so plan for a chill 1 to 2-hour adventure. And hey, you might even bump into some bears or moose along the way for that extra touch of wilderness vibes.
Trail Head - at the very end of Beach Road you will find a dead end which is where the trailhead is clearly marked. From there you can find trail markers.
