Whether you visit at sunrise or sunset, you're sure to capture some unforgettable moments and breathtaking photographs of the cityscape. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Hong Kong from a different perspective. I'd highly recommend going for sunrise if the weather is looking good, at sunset the spot is busier and I think sunset from Red Incense Burner Summit is better.
