The Brooklyn Bridge is a major New York City landmark, and was an engineering marvel when it was unveiled in the late 19th century. If you're going to walk the Brooklyn Bridge, I recommend starting on the Brooklyn end, in Dumbo, so you're walking towards views of Manhattan.
