Il parco Goryokaku a Hakodate, Hokkaido, è il posto più amato dai ciliegi in fiore! Con circa 1.500 alberi dalle sfumature rosa, questo parco a forma di stella è una tappa obbligata in primavera. Viste da cartolina dalla torre di osservazione, passeggiate serali sotto gli alberi illuminati dalle lanterne e barbecue sfrigolanti sotto i fiori lo rendono un paradiso per i ciliegi in fiore.
