Even short distances can take longer than expected
Driving 30 minutes in the countryside can easily become an hour if you're stopping for photos, snacks, or bathroom breaks. On long drive days (like from Sibiu to Bucharest), plan in rest stops like parks in Ploiești or short breaks in nature.
