The Vibe

Marbled & Fin delivers a modern steakhouse experience with a coastal twist. The interior is sleek and sophisticated,with rich wood accents, plush seating, and moody lighting that create an intimate yet lively atmosphere. Whether you’re settling in for a long, luxurious meal or grabbing a seat at the raw bar for oysters and Champagne, the vibe here is elevated but never pretentious.

What to Drink

🍹 ReCola Cooler – Fig leaf, coconut, cherry, vanilla. Inspired by mojitos in the Alps.
🍵 Much Appreciated – Kiwi, matcha, yuzu, sea salt. Inspired by margaritas & Japanese tea ceremonies.
🍸 Catamaran Tan – Aloe, Aegean tonic, cucumber, mastic. Inspired by gin & tonics.

What to Order

I love that they have two seafood towers—one hot and one cold.

🥶 Cold Tower – Oysters, shrimp, Maine lobster, king crab. You can also add Kaluga caviar or Golden Osetra caviarfor an extra indulgence.
🔥 Hot Tower – Scallops, shrimp, Maine lobster, king crab, oysters, littleneck clams.

🥄 Caviar Service – Kaluga or Golden Osetra, served with potato chips, hash browns, chive, crème fraîche.

🦪 Dressed Oysters (6) – Apple, ginger, shallot.
🥩 Prime Beef Tartare – Dijon, egg yolk jam, potato chips.
🍞 Mae’s Milk Bread – Served with salted butter.
🦴 Broiled Oysters & Bone Marrow – Herb bread crumbs, charred lemon, chimichurri.
🍽️ Seared Scallops – Gruyère, herb sauce, potato purée.
🥗 Caesar Salad – Lemon bread crumbs, mimolette, parmesan.
🌱 Beets & Pesto – Butternut squash, chèvre, pine nut vinaigrette.

If you’re here for steak, you really can’t go wrong. They offer wet-aged, dry-aged, Australian wagyu, and Japanese A5 Miyazaki wagyu.

🥩 Wet-Aged Steaks: Filet, NY strip, ribeye, bone-in filet.
🔥 Dry-Aged Steaks: Bone-in KC strip, bone-in ribeye, porterhouse, bone-in tomahawk.
🌍 Australian Wagyu: Filet, NY strip, ribeye.

🐠 Golden Tile Fish – Curried butternut sauce, herbed yogurt, sea beans.

🍟 Triple Cooked Steak Fries – Crispy & fluffy.
🥔 Robuchon Potato Purée – Incredibly smooth and buttery.
🥕 Roasted Carrots – Pine nut gremolata, ricotta, parsnip purée.
