The Chureito Pagoda is a five-storied pagoda located on a mountainside overlooking Fujiyoshida City and Mount Fuji in the distance. Built as a peace memorial in 1963, it offers stunning views of Mount Fuji, especially during cherry blossom season in mid-April and autumn color season in early November. Popular among photographers, this spot is perfect for capturing those classic Japan shots with the iconic pagoda and majestic mountain backdrop. Just a short walk from Shimo-Yoshida Station, it's definitely worth the climb up the 400 steps for the breathtaking scenery!
