Gaustabanen is an incredible mountain funicular in Norway that takes riders from Langefonn 1150 meters above sea level to the top of Gaustatoppen 1800 meters above sea level. This 15-minute journey is full of history, engineering and a little bit of mystery as it was initially part of a Cold War NATO facility and was opened for public use in 2010.
