Grjótagjá is an incredible lava cave located near lake Mývatn in North Iceland, full of stunning geothermal hot springs. Although bathing is no longer allowed, you can still explore the area to experience its ethereal beauty from afar. This magical place was even featured in HBO’s Game of Thrones and appeared as Jon Snow and Ygritte’s love scene cave.
