Grüezi Cafe serves excellent specialty coffee from a cute coffee truck in Lucerne old town.

They have a lot to say about their coffee bean sourcing and roasting process on their website. But all you really need to know is that their coffee is one of the best in Lucerne and their truck is conveniently parked very close to the famous Chapel Bridge.
