I’m Valeria, a passionate writer, travel blogger, and expat in Italy. My Italian story began most unexpectedly: what was supposed to be a gap year, learning a new language and doing an art course, has turned into 9 years and counting of living here. I call Florence home, but to be honest, I feel equally comfortable roaming the narrow streets of Venice, hiking around Lake Garda, visiting an art exhibition in Milan, or lazily sipping wine and watching the sunset in Monopoli.
