How to get around Ibiza and where to park 🇮🇹 Come muoversi a Ibiza e dove parcheggiare

We saw that many buses travel around the island, but if you want to immerse yourself as much as possible in the hippy, rural and hidden Ibiza, best to take a rental car.

Cons if you rent a car: If you exclude the early morning hours, it takes a long time to park, especially where the nightlife is concentrated.

In Spain, fines to foreigners are paid at the time of dispute. If you are unable to pay at that time, there is a real risk of having your vehicle impounded until the fine is paid.

PARKING:

One of the biggest problems we encountered in Ibiza was parking, especially in downtown Eivissa. That is why, from day one, we desperately searched for free parking spaces.

Parking in the center of town costs a whopping 4.50 euros per hour, but there are plenty of free parking lots nearby: the benchmark is Ikea, or the Multicines Parking lot near Avinguda de la Pau.

Gas stations are indicated on each map, and many provide 24-hour service in high season. You must pay before filling up. If you want to fill up, you must inform the employee at the cash register who will activate the pump

🇮🇹 Abbiamo visto che viaggiano tanti bus in giro per l’isola ma se vuoi immergerti il più possibile nell’Ibiza hippy, rurale e nascosta, meglio prendere un auto a noleggio.

Contro se noleggi un'auto: se si escludono le prime ore del mattino, ci si impiega un sacco di tempo per parcheggiare, specialmente dove si concentra la vita notturna.

In Spagna le multe agli stranieri si pagano al momento della contestazione. Se non si è in grado di pagare in quel momento, c’è il rischio concreto del sequestro del veicolo fino al pagamento della multa.

PARCHEGGIO:

Uno dei problemi maggiori che abbiamo riscontrato a Ibiza è stato quello dei parcheggi, soprattutto nel centro di Eivissa. Ecco perché, fin dal primo giorno, abbiamo cercato disperatamente parcheggi gratuiti.

Il parcheggio in centro città costa ben 4,50 Euro all’ora ma ci sono tanti parcheggi gratis nelle vicinanze: il punto di riferimento è l’Ikea, oppure il Parcheggio Multicines vicino ad Avinguda de la Pau.

Gli orari sono diversi per l'estate (verano) e l'inverno (invierno).

I distributori di benzina sono indicati su ogni mappa, e molti forniscono un servizio 24 ore su 24 in alta stagione. Si deve pagare prima del rifornimento. Se vuoi fare il pieno, devi informare il dipendente alla cassa che attiverà la pompa di benzina.
