There are eight natural hot springs here that vary in temperature (37-40 Celsius / 99-104 Fahrenheit). They are directly at the ocean, so you can take a cold plunge in there as well!
I have been here once and I can not say I liked it as much as many other spa's in Iceland. I might have been unlucky with the weather (very windy and very cold), but for me personally this spa was too pricey for the comfort you get. The cheapest option gives you a changing area that is less fancy than any regular pool I've been to (while bing 5x as expensive). So you might just want to go for the middle or most expensive option if you decide to go here.
The food they served (sea food soup) was really good, so I'll give them that.
