Beitarhúsið Café is located in the middle of the middle of nowhere. So this is the perfect spot for a short toilet and coffee break on your way to / from Akureyri / Egilsstadir.
They have some soup, hot dogs and snacks. And you get to enjoy that feeling of being in the absolute middle of nowhere.
