This is one of the cutest towns in Iceland, so you should not miss this when camping.

The campsite is open all year round, but the service house closes in September and does not reopen until the following summer. The toilets in the golf cub house are open all year round.
The camp site in Stykkishólmur is well located and close to all services, shop, bakery, petrol and the swimming pool is a 5 minutes walk from the area.
