Maymont is a 100-acre Victorian estate and public park in Richmond, Virginia, with a cool mansion, gardens, wildlife exhibits, and even a Children's Farm. It was built back in the Gilded Age by a rich lawyer dude named James Dooley and his wife Sallie. They left it to the people of Richmond after they kicked the bucket, and over the years, more stuff got added to make it a sweet spot for outdoor fun and learning.
