Head to Christiansborg and go to the very top of the danish parlament, the tower of Christiansborg.
From the viewpoint in the tower that dates back to 1928 can you see e.g. all the amazing church towers, the National Theater, The Round Tower, the City Hall - and actually all the way to Sweden on a sunny day 🙌
AND! It’s completely free to enter 🫶
Just underneath the viewing point you can also find the brillant restaurant ‘The Tower’, which I can really recommend visiting as well. Their evening menu was 👌 when I was there, and I’ve heard their lunch menu of ‘smørrebrød’ should be pretty good too. Make sure to book advance and be aware that the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
📍Christiansborg Slotsplads, 1218 Copenhagen. To get to the view point and the restaurant, go to the gate beneath the tower and signs will lead you the right way.
