Oharaimachi Street can get very crowded on weekends and holidays, so I highly recommend visiting on a weekday or in the early morning to avoid the rush. One of my must-try street foods here is the Butasute Croquette—it's delicious, but be prepared to line up if you come on a weekend. The street is also filled with opportunities to sample a wide variety of local foods, such as dried fish, honey, salted seafood, and an array of sweets.

Oharaimachi Street is a traditional shopping street leading to Ise Jingu, Japan's most revered shrine. With its beautifully preserved wooden architecture, the street exudes an old-world charm. You'll find local delicacies like Ise Udon as well as unique souvenirs, making this a great spot to experience a slice of Japan’s cultural heritage. Whether you're interested in local flavors or just want to soak in the nostalgic atmosphere, it's a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll.
