From places near the famous blue lagoon to places around the Ring Road, here are the most unique and instagrammable cabins to stay at
Iceland is an epic country packed with natural wonders. This selection of cabins in Iceland are handpicked as they are as unique and instagrammable as its landscape. If you are looking for an adventurous, nature-filled getaway, this list is for you:
Panorama Glass Lodge
Panorama Glass Lodge is hands down the most impressive accommodation in Iceland. Laying in the bed and watching northern lights in the winter is just magical. You also get your own private hot tub outside the cabin. Bring food as there's no restaurants near by but you have a good kitchen to cook in.
Iceland Lakeview Retreat
One of the best cabins of Iceland. You're all alone out in nature with a fantastic view over the lake. The hot tub is perfect and the cabin very nice and stylish.
Bubble hotel
Bubble hotel is a fun experience but not the most comfortable. If you get northern lights while staying here you're up for an amazing experience. There's however no sun shade so they can get very hot in the morning if the sun is up. There's also no toilets by the bubbles so you'll need to walk a few hundred meters to get to them.
Mjóeyri
If you're traveling to the East fjords this is where I recommend to stay. It's a beautiful place and they have a great hot spring. It's also a very good northern lights location in winter.
Silica Hotel
The main hotel of the blue lagoon. With this one you get entry to the main lagoon but also a private one only for hotel guests. The breakfast is also truly amazing
Seljalandsfoss Horizons
Great place to stay at the south coast. The cabin is super cozy and host up to 4ppl.
