Cover Charge or "Coperto"
Restaurant fee included in the bill
The Cover Charge or "Coperto" in Italian, is a fee that you need to pay each time you go to a restaurant to pay for the service + the dishes you use. It's usually between €2 and €4 and it's already included in the bill. This is not something you can choose to pay, it's mandatory.
