Hengifoss Waterfall is a must-see spot in East Iceland, known for its stunning 128-meter drop and unique red clay and black basalt rock formations. The hike to the waterfall is about 2.5-3 km/1.9mi each way and offers breathtaking views along the way, including the smaller Litlanesfoss waterfall. Can be tricky to visit in the winter, not worth it if there's a lot of snow.
