If you walk past Beach Pakline and basically just continue walking along the shoreline, you will end up at a little pier that is used to get boats into the water and some stairs leading up to the promenade on your right-hand side. There's a huge pine tree you can comfortably lie under and since it's a bit of walking to get to the spot, it's not so crowded.

But please (I learned this the hard way) don't try to walk on the ramp for the boats, it's super slippery and you can honestly hurt yourself badly when falling!
