One of the biggest markets in the world!

Chatuchak Market is absolute madness—but in the best way possible. It’s one of the biggest markets in the world, with over 15,000 stalls selling literally everything you can think of. Clothes, home decor, souvenirs, plants, vintage finds, handmade crafts, snacks—you name it, it’s here.

If you’re into shopping, prepare to lose hours here. Prices are cheap (and bargaining is expected!), but the market is huge and easy to get lost in. There are sections for clothes, antiques, art, pets (skip this one—sad vibes), food, and even a whole area for plants. If you see something you like, buy it then and there—finding the same stall twice is a mission.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Some must-tries:
🔥 Coconut ice cream – Served in a coconut shell with toppings. Absolute lifesaver in Bangkok’s heat. I had 2 back to back.
🔥 Grilled pork skewers (Moo Ping) – Juicy, smoky, and addictive.
🔥 Fried quail eggs – A tiny street food classic.
🔥 Fresh fruit smoothies – You’ll need one after walking around in the heat.

Pro tips:

  • Get there early (before 11 AM) to avoid the worst of the crowds.

  • Wear comfy clothes and shoes—it’s hot, and you’ll be walking a lot.

  • Bring cash! Many stalls don’t take cards.

  • MRT Kamphaeng Phet Station drops you right inside the market—way better than the usual Mo Chit BTS route.

If you love shopping or just want a classic Bangkok experience, Chatuchak is a must. Just be ready for the chaos! 🛍️🔥
