With a background that includes time at the renowned Joe Beef in Montreal, Chef Swift brings a wealth of experience and a passion for local ingredients to his new venture.

Chef Swift and his team have crafted a space that’s not only welcoming and comfortable but also deeply respectful of its environment. The menu showcases the best of the province's food and produce, influenced by its history and the stunning local landscapes.

In 2021, Terre's commitment to excellence was recognized nationally when it was named one of ‘Canada’s Best New Restaurants’ by enRoute Magazine’s expert food panel.
