The Rim Trail in Bryce Canyon National Park is an easy to moderately difficult trail that stretches from Bryce Point at the south of the park to Fairyland Point at the north. The entire trail measures 5.5 miles (8.9 km) with an ascent/descent ranging from 1,330–1,825 feet (405-556 m). A great, short hike for those wishing to experience some of the trails best view points is the one mile (1.6 km) section which connects Sunset Point and Sunrise Point and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the unique sandstone formations in the park. Pets are welcome on paved parts of the trail and a shuttle service is available during peak season, running from Bryce Point to Inspiration Point and making stops at Sunset and Sunrise Point. Be sure to check out the Rim Trail when visiting Bryce Canyon National Park!
