A Relaxing Walk in Parco del Respiro – Trentino’s Unique Forest

We visited Parco del Respiro in Trentino and absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere. This place is truly special because it’s Europe’s first "Forest Therapy Park," where the beech trees release natural essences that are said to have a calming and revitalizing effect.

It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing walk, with beautiful trails winding through the forest. We took our time, enjoyed the fresh air, and just soaked in the tranquility.
