Elephant Arch is a great desert hike to an arch shaped, you guessed it, like an elephant. The hike begins by walking through a wash as you make your way through a canyon to the base of the arch. The bulk of the trail is very sandy, which is a bit of drag, but the arch is cool, so I think the trek is worth it. While you can see the arch from below, the best view of the elephant is from above, which requires a bit of scrambling.
