We stayed here and had some of the best buri shabu we've ever tasted. One of the great things about this place is that it's also an accommodation, and we stayed in their apartment right next door. The price was pretty reasonable—around 6,000 yen per night, plus about 3,000 yen for dinner.
It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for tasty seafood prepared differently from the usual sashimi. The seafood is boiled (shabu-shabu style), delicious, and healthy, and they make good use of locally caught ingredients. The chef is also very welcoming to foreign guests.
