Located in an old machinery workshop that used to serve the old shipyard now transformed to a restaurant. They forage the island for wild herbs and seaweeds and grow the rest of the herbs they need themselves. They work closely with small producers, fishermen and farmers to ensure quality and sustainability of what they do. Highly recommend!
