The Former Takei Family Residence, also known as the Sakura Samurai Residence, offers a glimpse into the life of samurai in Sakura City during the Edo period. This historical house gives you a unique insight into the daily lives of samurai families. You can also find a small exhibit on the upper floor. I find residences like that providing a fascinating look at Japan's feudal past in the most authentic way.
