The Millennium Bridge in London, also known as the "Wobbly Bridge," is a pedestrian suspension bridge spanning the River Thames. Initially opening in 2000, it quickly gained its nickname due to unexpected swaying motions that caused it to close shortly after. The vibrations were caused by pedestrians unknowingly syncing their steps with the bridge's sway, creating a feedback loop. Engineers fixed the issue by adding dampers and the bridge reopened in 2002, but the quirky nickname stuck among Londoners.

For Harry Potter fans- this bridge is famously known as the site of a horrific Death Eater attack in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince!
