Villa Borghese is the largest public park in Rome and a must-see destination for visitors of all ages. The gardens, originally acquired by the State from the Borghese family in 1901, offer a perfect combination of nature and Roman art. The villa contains interesting sculptures, monuments and fountains created by famous artists, as well as a zoo, a replica of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, and a 19th century water clock. Visitors can rent rollerblades, bicycles and other forms of transportation to explore the grounds and have some fun. In addition to its stunning attractions, Villa Borghese also boasts great food and shopping opportunities. With so much to discover, a visit to this beautiful park is sure to be an unforgettable experience!
