Blixt Road is the definition of type 2 fun. You will gain 2822' in just 2.3 miles to reach Oscar Pass. The majority of the trail follows an old mining road, but once at the top, will be rewarded will beautiful views looking down Ophir Pass towards Lizard Head and Wilson Peak, over towards Ulysses S. Grant and Grant Swamp Pass, over to Crystal Lake above Ophir, and down into Lewis Basin below.
