The Moab Rim Trail is a challenging and popular Jeep trail that's also great for hikers. The view above the Colorado is one of my favorites in the area. The trail follows slickrock ramps and sand hills, leading to various viewpoints along the way. It's a shared-use trail, so you might encounter jeeps, mountain bikes, or ATVs.
Whenever I'm craving a good booty buster of a hike, this is the one that comes to mind. As you can see in the photos, -- it's one I've done time and time again in all stages of life! If I'm just wanting a quick workout, this is it bc most of the gain is in the first mile and can easily do it in less than an hour.
