This trail is only 3.3 miles RT to the viewpoint and back. Starting from the parking lot  the trails starts with a short climb that levels out to a wonderful view of the Ohio Valley. From here enter beautiful aspen forest and continue for .8 miles until reaching a sign for wilderness boundary. Take the right hand trail and continue through the aspens until arriving at a  small meadow with great views of the Castles. Much of this trail like in Wilderness Designation so no droning here.
