Once you drive to the top of Porphyry Basin, you will see a trial heading south from the parking area. Follow the trail no more than half of mile and end up at Bullion King Lake. This is one of our favorite spots to Paddle Board as you get an alpine lake with low effort. It's hard to see in the above picture, but on the opposite side of the lake, theres a crevice with a waterfall flowing into the lake.
