Sunnyside Saddle is a rocky pass in San Juan County, Colorado, sitting at an elevation of 12,780 feet. Accessible via a steep and rocky off-road route from Hurricane Pass, it offers stunning views of the surrounding area. The road to the saddle is challenging, with tight hairpin turns and little room for error.

The photos shown are just below Sunny Side Saddle looking back towards the Red Mountains on the right side of the road. These are also usually some of the best wildflowers in the San Juans.
