At certain times of the year you'll potentially be able to spot humpback whales in Ireland, yes, you read that right. They can be spotted from a few places and have been seen all around the coast however I want to tell you two locations I've spotted them in Kerry.
Bolus head in Kerry. They had certain feeding times and seemed like it was when the tide was in. in the morning at 10am they appeared, left at 12/12.30 and came back in the afternoon.
Another spot: Lambs head: you'll find it in the guide. You park at the bottom (end of the road, as far as you can go and then straight up, through a gate: don't forget to close it, and then to the top).
I'm sure these change and there's no specific location for humpbacks in Ireland as they're just passing through
