Dahab is a small Egyptian town located on the southeast coast of the Sinai Peninsula. It's about 80 km northeast of Sharm el-Sheikh, and it's known for its beautiful beaches and coral reef. The town can be divided into three main parts: Masbat, which includes the Bedouin village of Asalah; Mashraba, a more touristy area with lots of hotels; and Medina, home to the Laguna area, famous for its kite- and windsurfing. Dahab attracts many tourists, especially those interested in activities like windsurfing, diving, snorkeling, and camel riding. It's a popular destination for backpackers and adventure seekers looking to explore the stunning Red Sea.
