A golden-tipped temple set agains the mountains.
About the Muya Golden Tower & Tagong Grassland
This spot is really 2 different spots - the temple/ pagoda and then the photo spot next door.
Unfortunately you'll need different tickets to both and so I'll split up the explanation too!
The Muya Golden Tower Temple
The temple is a small temple in comparison to those located nearby.
While it's not the most grand, there is something immensely peaceful about just wandering around inside the walls - separating yourself from the hustle of the tourists headed to the grassland next door.
Go in the morning and you'll find worshipping monks singing songs in the central pagoda.
The Tagong Grassland
Now for the photo spot part - the Tagong Grassland entrance next door.
The Golden Pagoda is amazing to photograph thanks in large part to it's color which makes it stand out agains the mountains in the background.
I've added a photo showing the pin of the vague area you'll have to get to but if you have a telephoto lens you'll be able to capture that Golden tip of the temple with the mountains in the background.
